Connecticut’s Culinary Stars Take Center Stage

From the nation’s #1 pizza to acclaimed seafood and award-winning chefs, Connecticut is serving up world-class flavors and earning national attention.

To celebrate the launch of Connecticut’s new TV-to-Table Trail, celebrity chef and Waterbury native Scott Conant hosted a cooking competition featuring Connecticut chefs who’ve appeared on popular food TV shows like Chopped, Beat Bobby Flay and Spring Baking Championship.

The new trail invites food lovers to go beyond the screen and experience the restaurants and culinary talent that have put Connecticut on the national food map.

A big part of what I do all stemmed from here in Connecticut. It’s so close to my heart, it’s something that I love sharing. I love telling everybody around the country, Waterbury, Connecticut is where it all began.
